Site Finance, Costing & Budgeting Manager
to serve as the primary onsite finance partner supporting
our new operations in Mexico.

Experience & Qualifications: Ideally CA/ACCA/CMA/MBA (Qualified)
Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role. Candidates having textile background will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Decision Support
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the Factory Head, influencing decisions on product mix, pricing, customer costing, capacity allocation, and operational investments.
- Translate operational KPIs, cost drivers, and financial trends into actionable insights, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Support scenario modeling for sourcing strategies, pricing impacts, CapEx prioritization, automation investments, workforce planning, and operational network optimization.
- Product Costing & Financial Performance Management
- Develop, maintain, and optimize end-to-end product costing models across raw materials, trims, labor, overheads, SMVs, finishing/washing, packaging, WIP, and process-based cost allocations.
- Perform pre-costing, post-costing, standard costing, and variance analysis with high accuracy and provide recommendations for cost reduction.
- Ensure accurate monitoring of consumption, yields, wastages, rejections, downtimes, energy usage, machine efficiency, and throughput parameters linked to financial performance.
- Maintain governance around inventory valuation, WIP accuracy, overhead allocation methodologies, and production cost tracking.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & P&L Visibility
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle, departmental budgets, Master Budget consolidation, rolling forecasts, and monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
- Provide P&L visibility at product, customer, process, and production-line levels to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Monitor budget adherence, highlight deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Governance
- Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Commercial teams to validate BOMs, yields, consumption standards, SMVs, and key operational assumptions.
- Standardize SOPs, internal controls, and governance practices for costing, budgeting, and operational finance processes.
- Align forecasting, costing assumptions, and operational data across factory teams and corporate finance.
- Digital Finance, Analytics & ERP Optimization
- Implement, optimize, and manage costing and budgeting modules in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/D365/Infor), ensuring automation, data accuracy, and integration with financial reporting.
- Enhance costing logic, system workflows, and master data quality for improved reliability and reduced manual errors.
- Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards, and real-time analytics to support proactive decision-making and strengthen financial accountability.
- Investment, Feasibility & Capital Strategy
- Conduct financial evaluations and feasibility studies for new products, technology upgrades, capacity expansions, energy efficiency programs, sustainability initiatives, and machinery modernization.
- Support capital budgeting, investment planning, and prioritization of key projects.
- Perform post-investment reviews and ROI tracking to ensure realization of expected benefits.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in textile costing, process-based costing, overhead allocation, and BOM management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP costing and budgeting modules.
- Proficiency in ORACLE/ERP Systems (preferably textile/manufacturing) with hands-on experience in automation, process optimization, and BI reporting tools
